Natee Thongdee
Natee is the Head of the Team. He has experience in the representation of Total Access Communication Plc. ("TAC") concerning the ICC International Court of Arbitration case filed by SK Telecom Co., Ltd. et al, incorporated in Korea, against TAC et al, incorporated in Thailand. The claim was USD 150 MM. Natee acted as local counsel to TAC while O' Melveny & Myers (New York) acted as international counsel to TAC. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (Illinois) acted as counsel to the Claimants.

Jarusak Pothimai
Jarusak is a senior lawyer of our Litigation & Arbitration practice having more than 25 years of experience in debt collection, IP and commercial litigation (admitted 1973, Thailand). He worked with Baker & McKenzie, Bangkok 2 years as a commercial litigator, and with Tilleke & Gibbins Consultants Ltd., as a commercial and IP litigator 4 years prior to joining our firm. He obtained his LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University in 1969. He is also a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Law Society of Thailand. Jurusak is fluent in Thai, English and Laotian.

Tanee Poolsuwan
Tanee has 20 years of experience in debt collection, bankruptcy and commercial litigation and arbitration (admitted 1981, Thailand) and has worked with NILO as a Senior Litigation Lawyer for several years. Tanee obtained his LL.B. from Ramkamhaeng University Law School in 1980.

Assanee Rattanapradit
Assanee has 7 years of experience in debt collection and commercial litigation (admitted 1994). He has worked with NILO as a litigator for several years. Assanee received his LL.B. from Ramkamhaeng University in 1992.
