Our strong litigation team is well-versed in disputes on debt collection, termination of employment, international trade, shareholder agreements, construction, business restructuring and other commercial cases.

NILO presently employs fourteen lawyers, most of whom have an excellent command of the English language and have obtained law degrees from top universities in Thailand while some obtained law degrees from U.K. and U.S.A.. The undersigned received his LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and LL.M from Temple University, the U.S.A., and has a barrister-at-law certificate from Thai Bar Association. He also has 26 years of experience in tax, corporate employment, real estate and business law matters, bankruptcy and international trade, and arbitration. He also taught loan agreements, contracts, and corporations at the School of Law, Chulalongkorn University for 10 years (1977-1987).
